Key Stage 1

Below you will find a selection of resources aimed towards Key Stage 1 classes. However each resource can be used in both KS1 or KS2 as you choose. The resources look at basic identification and features of six of our eighteen key species and the habitat in which they live. You will also find resources discussing marine food webs and care for the coastal environment. The resources can be downloaded and printed or used directly from our website on smart boards in the classroom. We hope these resources will also inspire art projects, drawings, models, posters, beach visits and much more.
