Bottom Towed Fishing Gear (Prohibted Areas) Byelaw

Notice is hereby given that the Kent and Essex Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority intends to apply to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation of a Bottom Towed Fishing Gear (Prohibited Areas) Byelaw.

A copy of the Byelaw, Impact Assessment and Members' agreement to making the Byelaw can be obtained from:
