Cockle Fishery Flexible Permit Byelaw

Notice is hereby given that the Kent and Essex Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority intends to apply to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation of a Cockle Fishery Flexible Permit Byelaw.

A copy of the Byelaw, Impact Assessment and Members' agreement to making the Byelaw can be obtained from:
