Notice is hereby given that the Kent and Essex Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority intends to apply to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation of a Blackwater, Crouch, Roach and Colne Estuaries Marine Conservation Zone Native Oyster Fishery Flexible Permit Byelaw

A copy of the Byelaw, Management Plan, Impact Assessment and Members' agreement to making the Byelaw can be obtained from:
