Formal Consultation - Minimum Sizes Byelaw

Kent & Essex IFCA is undertaking a formal consultation for the Minimum Sizes Byelaw. This byelaw intends to protect fish and shellfish stocks through preventing or reducing the removal of pre-spawning individuals.
This byelaw will replace the Fish, Mollusc and Crustacea Minimum Size Emergency Byelaw 2019 with a permanent byelaw to the same effect.
